Renata Pompas
An expert in Textile Design, Fiber Art and Colour, Renata Pompas undertook the profession of Textile Designer in 1969 at international fashion Textile Design studios, and in 1975 was the co-founder of StudioBlu5; specialised in designing linen for the home. In the field of education, she created an original method both to overcome the static nature of pattern repetition due to technical and production restrictions, and also to be able to create various chromatic solutions. She introduced this method both in Italy and abroad during lecturing posts, and at universities, conferences and seminars. She is the author of: Textile Design. Ricerca-Elaborazione-Progetto (Hoepli) [Textile Design. Research-Elaboration-Design], which since 1994 has trained generations of designers who now work within the sector. She is also a specialist journalist and has published hundreds of articles and various press releases in Proceeding Acts. She is a historian of the Italian Fiber Art movement, about which she has published: FIBER ART ITALIANA un intreccio virtuoso (Aracne) [ITALIAN FIBER ART a virtuous story]. She is a member of the European Textile Network.

Marco Donizelli
The experience he matured in the field of architectural design and project management for large public contracts, in restoration, and in the renovation and reconversion of existing property, lead Architect Massimo Donizelli to become a consultant for the entire process of building and housing development.
He also practises his profession in the field of interior design, with the design and project management of prestigious private residences in Italy and abroad.
He is a teacher at Accademia del Lusso in Milan and Belgrade, teaching Interior Design and Retail Design on specialisation courses at post-secondary school and postgraduate levels.

Elisa Pedone
Elisa Pedone qualified as an Architect in 1999 at the Politecnico di Milano. From 1998 to 2003 she worked within a few studios in Milan, carrying out independent work at the same time.
From 2003 to 2015 she worked in association with Architect Francesco Florulli, with whom she founded the Florulli Pedone Architetti studio.
In October 2015 she went back to working independently.
In her profession she deals with public and private building work, museum and exhibition set-ups, and touristic accommodation facilities.
In most cases, she follows the entire project development starting from relations with the relevant offices up to obtaining the necessary permissions, providing the documents for the contract, and monitoring the building site as works director.
She chose specifically and strategically to not specialise in one particular sector, maturing thus a vast experience in the field of design and building site management , dealing with both complex planning and design aspects and complex building sites, and developing a good knowledge of the various areas.
At the same time, she has carried out teaching work including working with the Architects Order of Milan. She has taught Interior Design at Accademia del Lusso since 2013.

Noemi Bruni
Noemi Bruni attended the three-year course in Fashion Management at Accademia del Lusso, with a thesis project which focussed on the development of a multidisciplinary concept store.
She continued her training, and in 2011 moved to London to pursue her studies in English at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and at the London College of Fashion. Here, she concentrated on studying the creative aspect of Fashion in order to complete her knowledge and complement her previous studies which focussed on management.
Whilst she was studying, she took part in national competitions, presenting her collections as a designer.
She also started working backstage at fashion shows, acquiring the experience to be able to work in the sector she has always aspired to.
She specialised as a Coolhunter in 2011, the figure that unites skills with passions to combine culture, observations and a continued iconographic research.
Following a few internships, she landed at Uragano Studio in Milan which deals with creative direction, where she has now worked for six years, specialising in trend research and in stylistic consultancy for fashion and design. She became part of the teaching body at Accademia del Lusso in 2017, teaching Trends & Coolhunting.

She works in chromatic consulting and planning for indoor and outdoor environments. She teaches at a few private Academies in Milan, and she organises and takes part in seminars in the colour and communication sectors. She also speaks at numerous national and international conventions and conferences on the themes of colour and communication.
She has written many books on colour, with the publishers Il Castello (Milan), Hoepli (Milan), and Bompiani (Milan), and she has taken part in many collective books.
She is a partner of the Italian Centre for the Study of the History of Textiles and of the Association for Industrial Design (ADI) and is a member of the Environmental Study Group ECD (Buenos Aires Argentina) and of the Educational Study Group (Stockholm, Sweden).
She is a founding partner of the Colour Group – Italian Colour Association, of which she is part of the scientific committee. She has been teaching the Colour module at Accademia del Lusso since 2006.

He works in various sectors such as advertising, fashion, television, cinema, and music, and collaborates with important brands and professionals: the Oscar-winning Gabriele Salvatores, R.Tognazzi, R.Cavalli, Trussardi, Marcelo Burlon, and Armani. At Accademia del Lusso he teaches the module in Fashion Video Making.

Her collections are characterised by natural fabrics, original packaging and patterns which are designed to be practical during the first part of a baby’s life.
In 2012 she started working as a consultant in the childrenswear sector, designing baby and childrenswear collections for brands such as Nounou, Mawi (part of the Bimbostore group), and Prènatal. For some of these brands she is also involved in the creation of samples and in production.
In 2015 she started teaching Kidswear at Accademia del Lusso Milan.

She is also the owner of I-CULT, a concept store for research in the Como province and hub for contemporary lifestyle and creativity. I-CULT is furthermore a space for events, and performs coolhunting and research in the Fashion and Food sectors. Sara is the Editor and CEO of two web magazines: News-Eventicomo.it and Factorystylemag.it. She collaborates with the Swiss online magazine Fashionchannel.ch where she writes the “Cucina e Dintorni” culinary and travel column.
Since spring 2017, she has been the Food and Travel Hunter for the international magazine LINEA INTIMA where she deals with Food and Travel. She collaborates with CIAOCOMO Radio and the news channel ComoNews24 as the Food and Travel Editor, where she writes about the world of Catering and Hotels through the column “TRAVELCHEF – Racconti di Cucina e Viaggi con Sara Biondi” (“Tales of Cookery and Travel with Sara Biondi”). Chloe Payer
After various jobs in multinational companies such as Metro and Nestlé, Chloe Payer began to direct her own team in an international business headed by herself, which is aimed at businesses development.

Following his experiences in education and teaching, for over 15 years Stefano Sacchi has been involved in planning, production processes, marketing, merchandising, licensing, and co-branding.

As well as her role as a consultant for collection planning, she also follows the creation of her own collection of ‘couture bags’.
Since 2009, she has worked for Accademia del Lusso as a teacher of Patternmaking, both in the field of clothing and for accessories.

In 2013, she began her experience as a Buyer to search for products such as shoes, leatherwear and accessories for various stores, coordinating products with fashion trends. For many years she has been managing samples for the footwear, clothing and leatherwear sectors at Studio Bianco&white, where she also manages graphic design, the fitting of samples and prototypes, and the choice and matching of materials and colours. A true expert in fashion trends, she also does many graphics and research jobs for important Trend Books such as Trends Books MPA, TrendsBooks TFL, Trends Books STAHL, Trends Books REPICO, Trends Books Cognis, and Trends Book Books Alpa.
At Accademia del Lusso she teaches Trends & Coolhunting, Accessories, Sportswear, and the Identity and Portfolio Workshop.
