FASHION COURSE

The course objective is to acquire the tools and techniques to strategically establish, manage and close a sales negotiation as well as a better understanding of the organisation process for sales and management of the sales force.

The Sales Manager works in close contact with the Marketing Manager and the product department, and is responsible for sales, coordinating customer service and managing the sales network and its performance.

The Sales Manager’s skills range from sales marketing analysis to budget planning, then allocating the budget to the sales force of each individual area so that it is consistent with corporate strategies.

He/she manages market and sales development and is responsible for promotional initiatives and sales events. He/she is involved in the sales development of his/her assigned area, both domestically and abroad, and manages relationships with brand distributors and foreign resellers.
