THE COURSE

The course objective is to provide participants with managerial skills to support the development of their own activities, whether it be a start-up business or consultancy and freelance work.

During the course, participants will define their business plan, a planning document which is essential for setting objectives and strategies and highlighting problems or issues: the document covers all areas of the business, from the fundamentals to the probability of survival.

This course is intended for aspiring professionals who wish to acquire specific skills, through coursework or professional experience, and are able to define their business idea.
