Post diploma design courses
The Post Diploma course in design at the Accademia del Lusso is open to all graduates of Italian secondary schools or the equivalent from foreign schools and consist of 600 hours for each of the three years expected for completion.
The first year is preparatory, in that it is aims to provide basic education, cultural references and fundamental tools for students to enter the world of design
The second year is dedicated to applying design methodology, or learning the correct approach for transforming an innovative concept into a valid project.
The third year is dedicated to the development of project work, or the simulation of the stages of a creative project.
The post-diploma course has mandatory attendance, is full-time and has a limited number of participants, crucial elements to ensure an optimal student-teacher ratio and the constant monitoring of studies.
At the end of the course, students who wish to continue their studies can enrol in Università telematica e-Campus, which grants 120 education credits for the Post Diploma course at Accademia del Lusso out of the 180 necessary to obtain a degree in Fashion Design and Discipline.
